My transformation started off like a lot of people, with wanting to lose the weight and thinking that if I could just lose this 50 pounds I would be happy. Well I lost the weight but still something was missing. This is when I began my personal development and mind growth journey. It was then and only then that I was able to truly begin to leave my old habits behind and start to look towards the future. When God placed the call on my life to coach and mentor other women that were struggling with the “Why isn't this working?” question, I began training and seeking wisdom so I could be the best Christian Wellness Coach and Mentor I could be.

I knew that if I could help other women conquer their mindset, then they could tackle any obstacle in their way and become the best version of themselves that God is calling them to be. You see, our mindset will literally make or break anything you set out to achieve: being a good wife, mom, homemaker, weight loss, getting healthy, starting a home based business, etc. Literally anything you try can be a complete failure or complete success depending on your mindset!

When menopause hit I knew I had to re-evaluate what I was doing, because though I hadn't changed my nutrition or fitness, things stopped working. So back to the drawing table, back to research, and working on trying new things to see what would work. Well I found a combination of nutrition, different workouts and a deeper Biblical study of our bodies was necessary to make the changes!
